Cure Back AcneMy name is Brandon Carter and this is my story and finally a victory for myself to cure back acne. I had “Bacne” as it is commonly termed. It formed on my back, my butt and a few in the regions of my upper arms. The ones on my rear-end looked like regular pimples but the ones on my back looked like monster mutant cysts as you can see in my picture in this post. At night and frequently during the day, I would feel intense, burning and throbbing pain under my skin’s surface, I wasn’t sleeping at all and I was miserable!

My Desperate Search to Cure Back Acne

I called the older sister of my ex- girlfriend who is a nurse at a clinic here in town. I told her about my plight and wanted to know if she knew of any new breakthroughs to cure back acne, she said no.

I asked her if she knew of any  good dermatologists in town, who could help and she said she knew one skin expert who was her close friend. She told me she would talk to her and see if I could get an appointment with her as soon as possible. I thanked her and hung up the phone.

Finally…The Answer To My Prayers To Cure Back Acne

Still very desperate and in much despair. I decided to go on the internet and research on how to cure back acne. I typed “Cure Back Acne” in to the Google search bar and starting reading the search results, one after the other, nothing looked good or like it would work for me. When I was overwhelmed and about to give up my search I found a site called Acne No More .

I read through the whole page and actually found it to be pretty educational… considering the fact that the page was designed to sell me something. I bookmarked the page and went to bed early.

The following morning I figured, “To hell with it, this system is cheap and if it doesn’t work, then so be it  it’s no skin off of my back as it has a money back guarantee. If  it does work , I can have my life back and won’t have to make an expensive doctors appointment and buy costly prescriptions, that seem to only partially work after a great deal of effort and money spent on my behalf.  So I downloaded the system that was offered on their site called , Acne No More  and began reading, before long I was putting the program to use and making a list of foods with certain vitamins and elements to cure back acne  for my next grocery run.

I know it may sound over the top – but within a 6-7  of days using just one of the treatments, my current breakout seemed to stop and I could see my skin was clearing.

A week later I  headed in to my dermatologists appointment that was arranged through my nurse friend. I told her I had been researching and reading online on tips to cure back acne and I told her about the link  Acne No More I found.

She was seriously shocked that I was already combating my severe back acne, and to be fair to her, she was very receptive to the use of natural treatments!

She was very pleased about how serious I was and went on to say that she had recommended that same product Acne No More to patients before and she will do the same for me and that, I should follow the program, do as instructed and report back to her after a month. I thanked her and I left her office feeling optimistic and a lot better.

Since I’ve been using these treatments and following the simple changes in my diet & lifestyle I haven’t had another problem with back acne – and I don’t think I will.

(Because my condition was  so bad, it did take over 2 months to get rid of my back acne, but if you catch it sooner than I did then you’ll have great skin really quickly)

That’s it – That’s how I beat back acne. No over-the-counter drugs, no expensive treatment just a few simple treatments and a revised grocery list gave me my life back. I’m a firm believer in the information from this product to cure back acne click here and see for yourself before it’s to late.

Cures for back acne by eating healthy!

it’s important to know what to put in your body to gain that skin we all die for, and what to leave out. a)Don’t eat any food that is high in levels of saturated fats, no junk food and avoid excessive intake of dairy which can clog your pores and give you acne. b)Drink alot of water and include fresh fruit and steamed veggies in your diet which will help you detoxify and clear your skin. c)Strawberries act as a general cleanser and help your body take in iron from other foods in your diet and is also high in vitamin C. d)Turmeric has many antiseptic properties and is great for skin problems including acne. Use it while cooking or sprinkle it on your food. You can even make a paste of gram flour with water and add a pinch of turmeric and use as a back acne pack twice a week.

Tea tree oil

it’s a well known remedy for back acne as well as several other skin conditions. Mix one part of tea tree oil with nine parts of water and apply it to your back and let it dry.

Baking Soda

This household product is not only cheap and effective but has also been suggested by dermatologists. Mix baking soda in water to form a paste and apply it to your back acne. Massage it gently in circular motions as you would with a face scrub and then take a warm water shower.

Aloe Vera

Apart from having many healing properties, aloe vera is also an anti-inflammatory and is great for treating skin problems such as acne. Use aloe vera (from a living plant if possible) on a daily basis to treat the acne. You can also try using an aloe vera soup which can work just as good.

De-stress, Exercise and Sleep well

Believe it or not stress can actually contribute to problem skin. Try not to be stressed or depressed. Deep breathing will help calm you.
Exercise often to help your body get rid of waste through your sweat.
Make sure you sleep well as your body needs to get atleast 7-8 hours to help it repair itself which will in turn help you in clearing up your back.

Cures for back acne by maintaing good hygiene

See that your towels are always clean as you can transfer bacteria and oil to your back which can cause acne. Wash your hands before you touch your back as you can transfer dirt and bacteria that can irritate your skin. Use a mild cleanser, not a one for oily skin which will further aggravate your acne even more. Never pinch or pick your pimples no matter which part of your body you get them on, as this will inflame the tissue and not only cause an infection to spread but also leave a scar, and sometimes a real bad one.

These are some of the best cures for back acne, however if you still have acne even after you keep a watch on your diet and maintain a strict cleansing regime, do consult a dermatologist as acne can also be due to medical problems or still worse you could be mistaking something else for acne and wasting your energy on finding cures for back acne.

Best Back Acne Treatment

Best Back Acne TreatmentFrom more of a natural holistic point of view, I’ve found the best back acne treatment is one that treats the problem at its root, from the inside out. The treatment will have to be able to resolve the hormone imbalance in our bodies that causes acne. And of course, the more natural the treatment is the better.

Here’s some insight on the best back acne treatment, that I’ve tried and have experienced great results holistically:

1.) Change what we put into our bodies. I’m sure this one has crossed your mind, but consider for a moment the fact that our youth start getting acne at a younger and younger age almost every generation. This has a lot to due with all the junk that we’ve created as a society and try to pass by as food.

For the best back acne treatment let’s try to cut out some of these foods (and drinks) and start putting healthier things into our bodies. That doesn’t mean that you have to completely get rid of your delicious snacks, just make them something you eat as a treat rather than the norm.

Drink lots of purified water every day. 8 to 10 glasses if possible. Water cleans out the toxins in our bodies that contribute to acne.

If your a coffee drinker, consider substituting your coffee with green tea and honey. I may have overstepped my bounds by even asking you to consider not drinking your coffee, but here’s why. Green tea is a great anti-oxidant and helps with flushing away the toxins in your body. Gives you huge amounts of energy without the side effects of coffee, and did I mention its suppose to help with lowering your chances of getting cancer? I’d recommend organic Tao (brand) Green Tea.

2.) If you take into account that a lot (if not most) of our acne is caused by a hormonal imbalance that begins around puberty, then if you want the best back acne treatment, we have to find a way to take care of the imbalance.

Exercising as the Best Back Acne Treatment

Some consider exercising to be the best back acne treatment out there. Its a great way to get rid of built up hormones within the body and cleaning out the pores. Now, when I say exercising, I don’t just mean only go to the gym and lift weights. I have found that if your working out as a back acne treatment, then yoga, running or walking briskly is the best thing…huge stress relievers!

As much as possible, stay away from scented soap products and you would do better if you use Dr. Bronner’s organic soaps or moisturizing baths. Aside from this, you should also try changing your detergent and fabric conditioner to a milder version. You can even make your own laundry detergent without any harmful chemicals. It’s easy, very effective, smells great and really cheap, only around $0.71 a gal! Just search the web for recipes like my girlfriend did.The best products to try right off the bat are hypoallergenic products. This takes away a lot of the chemicals and materials that interact with a wide range of individuals’ skin chemistry in all kinds of negative ways, not just acne. You will find that hypoallergenic products are just about the cleanest that you can find over the counter…chemically speaking. All people are different, you need to find out through trial and error what methods will work for you personally and what is the best back acne treatment in your case.

Back Acne Treatment

Back acne treatment  or “bacne” can be approached in much the same way as treating facial acne. The best treatment involves a few types of skin care products that, when used on a daily basis can have great results, for clearer, healthier skin free of breakouts.

Soaps and Other Popular Methods for Back Acne Treatment

A skin care regimen begins with a mild, gentle cleanser that does not contain harsh ingredients or detergents. A body wash containing salicylic acid is preferable to bar soap, because bar soap can leave behind a filmy residue that can clog pores, whereas a body wash rinses away more readily.

Salicylic acid is a Back Acne Treatment (BHA) that works to treat back acne, because it exfoliates or removes the dry, dead surface skin, allowing pores to become clearer. As the pore lining dislodges thickened skin cells, it becomes clearer, because the salicylic acid is able to penetrate the oils in the skin. It is very beneficial in the treatment of blackheads, whiteheads and as a back acne treatment. One body wash containing 2% salicylic acid that can be purchased at any supermarket, drugstore or discount store is Neutrogena’s Body Clear Body Wash. Using this on daily basis is a great start to treating back acne.

While using a body wash with salicylic acid can help treat and prevent back acne, it is only one product necessary. Since the majority of the active ingredient, salicylic acid, gets washed down the drain, the body wash is only so effective, as little remains on the skin after washing. Therefore, it is necessary to apply topical gels or creams to freshly cleansed skin afterward. It is best to apply creams and ointments before going to bed, to allow them to work overnight when the skin is most capable of repairing and healing itself.

After showering or bathing, apply an alcohol-free toner or astringent to clean, dry skin over the entire affected area. The toner will remove any residue left behind and prepare the skin for the next treatments. Next, use a salicylic acid acne treatment, such as Neutrogena’s Oil-Free Acne Stress Control 3-in-1 hydrating acne treatment. A thin layer can be applied up to three times a day, but it is best to start with one daily application in order to see how the skin reacts. It works  by treating visible acne and preventing further blemishes before they emerge. Dryness and mild itching may occur, but usually subsides with regular use.

After applying the salicylic acid back acne treatment, apply a retinol gel or cream like tretinoin (Retin-A) to the entire affected area. The retinoid works by further exfoliating the skin, and when used in combination with the salicylic acid lotion, packs a one-two punch against back acne. It also heals post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (brown or red spots left behind) and scarring as acne heals. Retinol products such as Retin-A is available only by prescription, but is one of the most effective back acne treatment methods. A dermatologist or family physician can diagnose back acne and prescribe this treatment regimen.

Summary of  Back Acne Treatment

The above back acne treatment regimen should be followed with diligence for best results. It may take several weeks to begin seeing noticeable results, but if you find a proper regimen for your back acne treatment, it will bring about clearer, healthier skin with a little time and patience, blasting back acne into the past.

What Causes Back Acne

What Causes Back Acne and who it affects

Back acne commonly referred to as “bacne” is quite common among people who suffer from other types of acne. This type of acne affect teens, adults, both male and female but is quite prevalent among men.

What causes back acne can be the same factors that can contribute to facial acne and other acne of the skin, example Oils and dead skin cells that often build up within the pores and create a blockage, an excess of dead skin cells and overactive oil glands.

Sweating can also increase the outbreak. To help to reduce this factor, try to shower as often as possible especially if you work out. Remember do not scrub the skin as this will only inflame the skin more.
These are just some of the few ideas on what causes this painful and horrific condition. We can also take a look at a few treatment methods and avoid back acne.

Lets look into more of what causes back acne and some common remedies

1. You can try using a salicylic acid wash to try and get rid of back acne. Get a pad with the salicylic acid and wipe over the affected part of the back. This can be done at nights just before bedtime. You can also try using a lotion containing alpha hydroxy acid like lactic acid which aids in cell regeneration thus exfoliating the skin and reducing pore blockages.

2. What causes back acne are also scented soaps and lotions, instead utilize a product called cetaphil and see what the results will be.

The skin on the back is generally thicker and tougher than the skin on the face and upper arms, so trying several acne treatment products should not really pose a problem to you. However, ensure that you read and follow instructions before embarking on a new product. If acne flares up or becomes more irritated avoid using the product and consult your physician before it becomes worse.

You can try to prevent what causes back acne by exfoliating the skin on a regular basis to avoid clogged pores and excessive build up of oils from the skin itself.

Many people who are plagued with back acne often become embarrassed to the point where they withdraw from society. They refuse to socialize with anyone and even go as far as to not particiate in certain activities that involves revealing their body to the public. Women take great pains to avoid certain low cut clothing while men often avoid wearing certain sleeveless shirts so as to avoid revealing their condition to the public.

What causes back acne is different in each person, make some simple lifestyle adjustments and do not let it control your life.
